Step 1

For preparing malai chicken/murgh kabab, add ginger-garlic paste, salt and a little water to the washed and drained chicken pieces and boil. Allow chicken to cook on a low flame with a covered lid.

Step 2

Take the chicken pieces out and allow it to cool. Shred the chicken pieces and grind.

Step 3

Mix the grated chicken with equal amount of soaked and squeezed bread.

Step 4

Heat a little oil in a pan and saute the chicken bread mixture till it dries completely.

Step 5

Cool the mixture and add all the other ingredients: fresh cream, green chillies, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and required salt.Except egg

Step 6

Make balls out of the chicken mix. Dip in beaten egg and roll in the bread crumbs.

Step 7

Fry in hot oil till golden brown in color.

Step 8

Malai chicken kabab, a tasty and quick snack is ready. Serve hot with some sauce.
