Ingredients

  • Paneer cut in to cubes : 300 gm
    Green peas : 1 cup
    Fenu greek leaves finely chopped : 1 bunch
    Onions finely chopped : 3 nos
    Tomatoes finely chopped : 4 nos
    Green chillies finely chopped : 2 – 3 nos
    Garlic ginger paste : 1 tsp
    Whole jeera : 1 tsp
    Kitchen king masala : 2 tsp
    Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
    Cream : 100 ml
    Oil : 4 tsp
    Salt : as reqd

Heat oil in a pan and fry whole jeera.

Add the chopped onions and green chillies and fry till light brown in color.

Add garlic ginger paste and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and a little water and cook covered on a low flame till the oil separates from the masala.

When the masala cools down, grind to a fine paste and transfer back to the pan.

Add chopped fenugreek leaves and green peas and ½ cup water and cook covered for approximately 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked.

Add fresh cream and paneer pieces and mix well.
