Step 1

Take a deep bowl and add eggs, water, coconut milk and turmeric powder and whisk lightly. Add cumin seeds.

Step 2

Mix in the flour little by little so that there are no lumps.

Step 3

Strain the batter through a fine sieve.

Step 4

Heat a medium non stick pan and grease it with ghee.

Step 5

Fill the roti mould or jelebi mould with batter and using circular motion make a a thin lacy pancake.

Step 6

Cook until set.
:-cook only on one side.

Step 7

Carefully fold from the sides first, then roll it up to form a roll.
:-add a little water if the batter is too thick.

Step 8

Make roti jala likewise and stack it on a plate.

Step 9

:- Malaysian Lacey Pancake is ready!!!
:- Serve the Malaysian Lacey Pancake hot with any chicken curry.
:- Enjoy eating Malaysian Lacey Pancake!!
