Step 1

Cut the mangoes on the larger sides so as to get two big pieces.

Step 2

Put the cut pieces along with the rest of the mangoes (together with the mango seed) in a vessel.

Step 3

Cook the mangoes by adding some water, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 4

Add some jaggery.

Step 5

Grind the grated coconut and the cumin seeds together and add it along with the mangoes.

Step 6

:- Make sure that the curry doesn¦t become too watery.

Step 7

Remove from fire when the desired consistency is reached.

Step 8

Heat oil in a small pan.

Step 9

Splutter mustard seeds followed by dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 10

Pour the above seasoning into the mango curry.

Step 11

:- Serve with rice.


gr8 recipe.very easy and tastes great
