Mangaa Curry
Tasty Raw mango curry
Ingredients
- 1 no Raw mango peeled and cut into small pieces, big
- 1/4 of Onion
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 5 - Green chillies
- Salt As reqd
- 1 cup Thick coconut milk
- 1 1/2 - Thin coconut milk
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves A few
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add curry leaves and saute.
- Add the above seasoning into the curry, once it comes to a boil.
- :- Add very little onion, as it will make the curry sweeter.
- :- This curry tastes better as it sits. So make it in the morning and serve in the evening.

Nice dish…tasty & simple to make too!In fact,it tastes some what like the coconut milk based dishes of Thailand which have a very thin consistency.
My boy friend is from kerala and I make it for him. He likes it very much. That day he ate rice only with this curry.
