For preparing mango jam, first boil water with sugar.
When sugar is dissolved, add mango pulp. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame, stirring it continuously.
When the mixture is thick, remove from the flame. Add mango essence and yellow colour. Pour it into a bottle.
Mango jam is ready. Spread it on chapatti, bread etc.
