Ingredients

  • Kesari shrikhand - 4 cups
    Chocolate wafer biscuits - 20 nos
    Sweet biscuits - 20 nos
    Butter - 4 tbsp(melted)
    Ripe mangoes - 2 nos(chopped)
    Kiwi - 1 no(sliced
    to garnish)
    Cherries - To garnish

Directions

Step 1

For preparing mango kiwi duet, grease a cake tin with melted butter.

Step 2

Crush the sweet biscuits in a mixer and add the melted butter. Mix again.

Step 3

Put this mixture to the cake tin and press it lightly.

Step 4

Arrange the wafer along the sides of the cake tin.

Step 5

Mix the mangoes and shrikhand well and pour it over the biscuit layer.

Step 6

Arrange kiwi slices around the sides and cherries in the middle.

Step 7

Chill it till set.

Step 8

Mango kiwi duet is ready. Serve chilled.
