Dissolve the sugar in a little hot water.
Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the mint and blend further.
Pour into glasses.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
its great but if u are using canned coconut milk add only about 1/2 a cup as it is thicker. loved it though
