The coffee taste and mango taste blends together so perfect to rise this yummy Mango coffee cake. The butter is whisked with coffee powder and mango pulp and the dry powders are added to it and baked together to make this wonderful cake.

Ingredients

  • butter 100 gms
    sugar 100 gms
    mango pulp 1/4 cup
    coffee powder dikasion 2 tbsp
    dry fruits 4 sp
    maida 100 gms
    baking powder 1 sp
    baking soda 1/2 sp

put in a baking tray and bake for 30 mins in 180 degree. or 45 mins in cooker
