For preparing marinated chicken fry, grind onion, garlic, ginger, chilly powder and turmeric powder ingredients with salt to a smooth paste.
Prick the chicken pieces with a fork and rub them with the paste. Allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil and fry the cumin seeds and sliced chillies for 1 minute.
Add the chicken and fry on both the sides. Fry until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
Marinated chicken fry is ready. Serve hot.
