Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
    Chicken = 500 gm
    Maida = 3tablespoon
    Cornflour = 3tablespoon
    Egg = 1
    Pepper = 1 teaspoon
    Salt = as reqd
    Onions chopped = 2 nos
    Tomato chopped = 2 nos
    Green chilli = 2

In bowl add flour pepper salt egg mix it

Add chicken and marinate for ½ hour

In frying pan add oil and heat well , put chicken in oil.

Fry up to the golden colour comes

Take out chicken and keep aside in the bowl.

Reduce the oil , now add mustard, curry leaves and green chillies

Put onions and fry it golden brown colour comes

Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes wait upto masala comes soft

Add salt turmeric and sambhar powder .

Add small amount of water and make the masala comes thick

Now add the fried chicken and stir it and mix it well, cook for few mins
