Step 1

For preparing masala fried egg sandwich, heat butter in a pan.

Step 2

Add onion, tomato and fry well.

Step 3

Add the garam masala, chilly powder and egg.

Step 4

Scramble it.

Step 5

Add salt.

Step 6

Keep the mixture in each bread slices and top with cheese. Cover with bread slice.

Step 7

Keep it in sandwich toaster and toast it.

Step 8

Masala fried egg sandwich is ready.
