Ingredients

  • Pav: 5
    Butter: 3 tbsp
    Onion: 1 medium chopped
    Tomato: 1 large chopped
    Green capsicum: 1 medium chopped
    Pav bhaji masala: 2 tsp
    Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
    lemon juice: 1 tsp[optional]
    Salt to taste
    Coriander leaves for garnish
    Finely chopped onion for garnish

Heat butter in a kadai add chopped onion stir for 2 minutes:.

Add capsicum, tomato, salt and ¼ cup of water.Cook well on a medium flame till the onion turns translucent while stirring occasionally. Mash well with a spoon.

Add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala lemon juice and ½ cup of water. Stir for 2 minutes [Need little gravy]. Pav cut in to medium or small pieces and add into it. Mix with all the ingredients.
