Ingredients

  • Poha 1 cup
    onion 2 no.
    tomato 1no.
    green chilli 2no.
    ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    red chilli powder 1 tsp
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    oil 3 tsp
    mustard 1 tsp
    broken bengal gram 1 tsp
    curry leaves 1 bunch

soak the poha in water for 10 minutes. not more than 10 minutes

chop the onion, tomato and green chillies

heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard,broken bengal gram and curry leaves

add onion and saute it untill it turn into brown

add tomato and green chillies and saute it

add ginger garlic paste and mix it

add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well

now add poha and mix it

mix well until the masala get mixed and allow to cook for 3 minutes
