Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 2

Fry semolina or rava and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves, onions, green chillies and ginger and stir fry for sometime.

Step 5

Add capsicum followed by tomato pieces and fry well.

Step 6

Add water and allow it to boil.

Step 7

Add salt and semolina to this boiled water and stir very well.

Step 8

:- Serve with Egg Bugi.

What about the tomato & Capsicum? Unless you added them in the egg burji

suryayes... it ias a typical breakfast of keralites

ReniIt is a good break fast.. and easy to make..

Adding some kismis & cashew nut fried in ghee and some grated coconut in the end will make it more delicious
