Step 1

Cook the maggi with water and half of the maggi tastemaker. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat half the oil in a pan.

Step 3

Make a scramble out of the beaten eggs. Add salt & pepper seasoning to this. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.

Step 5

Add chillies, garlic and the onions to be sauted until the onions turn into a light pink colour.

Step 6

Reduce the flame and add the remaining maggi tastemaker followed by the soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for a minute.

Step 7

To this, add the cooked maggi and 2 tbsp of water.

Step 8

Allow one boil and then add the scrambled eggs.

Step 9

Eat it hot out of a bowl with coriander(optional).

Step 10

:- This bachelor gourmet is specially enjoyed as a late night snack....

Hey great recipe, iv been on a Maggi roll lately, trying out different recipes, i saw a bunch of really interesting ones on www.meandmeri.in, the maggi site, rather cool, you should also share yours there. im gna be trying this one out next time..thanks!
