  • Mutta Gidiselu : 500 gms
    Tamarind : Big lemon size
    Jaggary : Lemon size
    Red Chilly Powder : 1 Tab. Spoon
    mustard seeds : 1 Tea Spoon
    Garlic bulbs : 1/4 Cup
    Turmeric powder : 1 Tea Spoon
    Curry Leaves : 1/4 Cup
    Onion pieces : 1 Cup
    Refined oil : 300 ml
    Salt : As required
    Spicy paste Ingredients :-
    Poppy Seeds : 1 Tab. Spoon
    Cloves : 8 nos
    Cardamom : 8 nos
    Onion pieces : 1 Cup
    Mustard Seeds : 1 Tab. Spoon
    Dry Red Chillies : 4 nos
    Cinnamon : 1 Tea Spoon


Step 1

Remove the scales and fins of the fishes. Make vertical slits on the ventral side just behind the head and remove the visceral parts of all fishes. Wash thoroughly with salt and water.

Step 2

Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder. one tea spoon salt and one table spoon of oil. Mix well and leave to marinate.
