Step 1

For preparing meat samboussek, mix maida with butter, yeast and salt. Add in water and knead it well. Keep the dough aside.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan. SautT the onions for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add in the pine seeds and stir until brown.

Step 4

The add in the minced beef, pepper powder and salt. Cook it until the mixture is dry.

Step 5

Make balls out of the dough. Roll the dough into pieces about 6 cms square.

Step 6

Put a spoonful of the mixture onto each of the pastry squares. Fold over and seal it.

Step 7

Deep fry until golden brown.

Step 8

Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Step 9

Meat samboussek is ready. Serve hot.
