Step 1

Cut, clean, wash and drain the fish
pieces.

Step 2

Put the fish pieces in an earthen pot or wok or kadai,.

Step 3

Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, garlic, red chilly powder, turmeric, leaves, tamarind juice, salt and little water and cook till done.

Step 4

Add coconut milk and curry leaves. Remove from flame before boiling starts. Add coconut oil. Fish curry is ready. Enjoy.
