Directions

Step 1

Mix together wheat flour, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, ajwain, salt, curd, 1 tbsp of oil and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Knead them well along with a little water to make a hard dough.

Step 3

Roll them out a little thicker than the usual chappathis.

Step 4

Fry on the griddle.

Step 5

:- Serve with curd.
