Directions

Step 1

Marinate chicken with curds and turmeric for 1/2 hour.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add mustard seeds and jeera.

4)Add green chillies, onions and fry till the colour became golden brown.

Step 4

Add methi, ginger garli paste and fry till oil seperates.

Step 5

Add marinated chicken and salt and cook till it gets dry and turns golden brown.

Step 6

Garnish with Corionder leaves and Lemon.
