Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
    besan flour 1/4 cup
    Fresh / dried methi leaves 2 tbsp
    turmeric power 1/2 tsp
    red chili powder 3/4 tsp
    salt to taste
    cumin seed 1/2 tsp
    curd 2 tsp
    oil 3 tsp

In a bowl add wheat flour, besan flour, methi leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin seed mix it
