Directions

Step 1

For preparing microwave baked egg custard, heat milk in a microwave proof dish on the power of 10 for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Wisk the eggs and sugar till the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Slowly pour it into the milk while mixing. Sprinkle nutmeg powder.

Step 4

Cover the dish with a lid.

Step 5

Heat on the power of 300 for 15 to 16 minutes.

Step 6

Remove it and allow it to set completely.

Step 7

Put it in the refrigerator.

Step 8

Microwave baked egg custard is ready. Serve chilled.
