Step 1

For preparing microwave corn kuruma/korma, cook the corn with potato for 5 minutes in a large microwave safe bowl.

Step 2

Soak kaskas in 1 tbsp of water and grind well. Keep aside.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add chopped onion. When the onion become trasparent add chopped tomato and green chilly. Fry well.
3)Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and kaskas paste. SautT well.

Step 5

Now add beaten curd and combine well. Masala for corn kuruma/korma, microwave is ready.

Step 6

Pour the the masala over the cooked corn and potao. Add the cashewnuts and mix carefully.

Step 7

Place the bowl in a 100% preheated microwave for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped coriander.

Step 9

Microwave corn kuruma/korma, a tasty, creamy and spicy side dish recipe for rotis and parathas is ready.
