In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter for 30 seconds.
Add condensed milk and milk powder to it and mix well.
Keep the mixture in the microwave for 2 mins.
Take it out and stir onceagain.
Keep it in the microwave for 2 more mins.
Take it out and pour the mixture in a greased plate.
After it gets set, cut doodh peda it into small pieces and wrap it in a butter paper individually.
:- The timings mentioned here for doodh peda is of a 800W microwave.

I decided to surprise my husband with pedas since he loves them..and I was in for a surprise too!!they came out amazingly well and that too with such an easy recipe!!..I initially poured it onto a greased dish, but immediately switched to making the typical shaped pedas,as thats what we hav eaten back home, laid them on butter paper and kept it in the fridge to set..and in a while they were half finished!!..its so simple, you cant go wrong! I may try a little cardamom powder next time, for an enhanced flavour. My sweet tooth is satisfied!
The pedas came out extremely well.I did it in a 900W microwave,so adjusted the time with 5-10 sec less.Anyway, very simple, ea..sy, ta..sty recipe.Congrats.
