Ingredients

  • spices
    red chili 2-3
    coriander seeds 2 sp
    pepper corns 2 tbsp
    cumin seeds 1 sp
    urad dal 1 sp
    channa dal 1 sp
    poppy seeds 1/2 sp
    coconut 3 tbsp
    jaggery 1 sp
    tamarind pulp 2 sp
    mustard 1/2 sp
    fenu greek 1/4 sp
    curry leaves few.

fry all the spices.

grind the spices along with coconut, jaggery and tamarind.

in oil temper some mustard , fenu greek and curry leaves and add the grounded mix.
