Directions

Step 1

Heat milk in heavy bottomed pan for 30 - 45 Minutes on a low flame, until it reduces to 300 ml.

Step 2

Let the milk cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add maida, sugar and powdered cardamom and make a batter with dropping cosistency (like appam) without lumps.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 5

Take spoon full of batter and drop in hot oil.

Step 6

Deep fry, till golden brown in colour.

You can addeggs also.Beat egg with maida till it froaths nicely(the more you beat the better).For flavour you can add vanila also
