For preparing milk caramel shake, first heat sugar in a pan till it caramelizes into golden brown color.
Remove the pan from fire and add boiling water.
Place the pan over low heat again until the sugar melts completely.
Pour the milk into the pan and mix well over low heat. Do not boil.
Cool the milk in a fridge and whisk the milk before serving.
