Step 1

Deep fry the cashewnuts in dalda and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat up a pan or a kadai.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients one by one into the vessel and cook it.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel and keep it aside.

Step 5

Cut the kesari into desired shapes.
