Milk Shake With Dates - For Kids

Dates, apple, badam and other ingredients blended together to a smooth frothy mix. Yummy kids favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Dates syrup
  • 1/2 of Apple chopped
  • ½ of Banana cut into small pieces, cheru pazham
  • 3 nos Badam soaked and blanched
  • 4 nos Cashew
  • 2 tsp Tutti frutti
  • 1 tsp Sweet cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend dates syrup, apple, badam, banana, soaked cashews and milk together in a mixer.
  • Add honey and mix well.
  • Pour the milkshake with dates in a crystal tumbler and top with tutti frutti and sweet chocolate ice cream.
  • Healthy, nutritious and tasty milkshake with dates is ready to serve.
