  • masoor dal 2 tbsp
    any millet 1/4 cup
    thin coconut milk 1/2 cup
    salt to taste.
    boiled peas and carrots 1/4 cup

soak masoor dal and any millet together for 1/2 an hour

when cooked mash it finely
