Step 1

Cook the minced meat with turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and little water. Cook in low flame until the water evaporates completely. Keep this aside.

Step 2

Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry chopped onions and green chillies until golden in color.

Step 3

Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked meat, garam masala and coriander leaves. Fry for sometime and keep aside until done.

Step 4

Prepare a firm dough by mixing flour, water and salt.

Step 5

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten or roll out into a round.

Step 6

Place the previously prepared meat filling in the centre. Press tight the edges to form the shape of a semicircle.

Step 7

Continue the process with remaining dough.

Step 8

Take a frying pan and pour sufficient coconut oil for frying. Heat the oil and deep fry the minced meat ada until golden in color.
