Punjabi: Hara Pudina
Fill the 1/2 cup sugar with water to fill the cup.
Microwave it to a boil and then cool it.
Blend the mint leaves with 1 cup of water and strain.
Pour it to the sugar solution and combine with the rest of the water.
Add the lemon juice crushed ice and stir gently.
Shake well and serve chilled.
