Step 1

For preparing mixed fruit pie, dip all the friuts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain the water.

Step 2

Roast flour in butter and add milk, sugar and condensed milk to it and stir well. Boil it in low flame.

Step 3

Take it from flame and mix egg with the above mixture to make a white sauce.

Step 4

Add the fruits to this sauce and mix well.

Step 5

Pour this mixture to a pie dish.

Step 6

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture evenly.

Step 7

Garnish with strawberry and cherries and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese on top of it.

Step 8

Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees till its colour turns light brown.

Step 9

Serve hot or cold.
