For preparing mixed pine nut salad, in a bowl mix in olive oil, honey, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Keep it aside.
In a bowl mix in cucumber, carrot, tomato, pears, musambi, strawberries and lettuce leaves.
Drizzle in the above olive oil mixture and mix well.
Roast pine nuts till it becomes light brown.
Garnish the salad with the roasted pine-nuts.
Mixed pine nut salad is ready. Serve immediately.
