Step 1

For preparing mixed vegetable dosa, heat oil in a pan, add ginger paste and onion.

Step 2

Fry well.

Step 3

Add tomato and vegetables.

Step 4

Add turmeric, chilly, cumin and pav bhaji masala. Add salt and fry.

Step 5

Add water and cook vegetables.

Step 6

When done, mash the veggies well.

Step 7

Make it as a topping to dosa and serve hot.

Step 8

Mixed vegetable dosa, a tasty as well as nutritious dish is ready.
