Step 1

For preparing molagapodi-brahmins special, roast urad dal, channa dal in coconut oil. After roasting, add white gingelly and red chillies and keep roasting.

Step 2

Grind the roasted item.

Step 3

Add salt, jaggery, asafoetida and mix well.

Step 4

Molagapodi-brahmin special is ready to use as side dish for idly/
dosai etc.
