Directions

Step 1

For preparing molagooshiam, wash and boil dal (cheruparuppu) in cooker adding pinch of turmeric powder and enough quantity of water.

Step 2

Cut and wash elephant yam and raw banana and boil this also in cooker with sufficient quantity of water adding turmeric powder and salt. (Please note that item 1 and item 2 must be cooked in 2 different pots of the cooker)

Step 3

After boiling, mix item 1 and item 2 and cook for a few minutes. Add pepper powder then add curry leaves.
4)Fry mustard seed, urud dal and red chilliy in coconut oil add this to the mixture.
