Directions

Step 1

Pressure cook dhal with water and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Add vegetables, 2 cups of water and green chillies to the dal.

Step 3

:- No chilly powder required for this curry.

Step 4

Cook till the vegetables are done.

Step 5

Switch off the flame and add curry leaves and coconut oil.

Step 6

Just pour the tea spoon of oil over the hot dish and curry leaves. No seasoning with mustard is reqd.

Step 7

:- Serve with rice and pappadam.
