Step 1

For preparing Mulaku Bajji or Chilli Bajji first clean the chillies. Cut into half, take out the seeds inside.

Step 2

Mix together besan flour with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pinch of baking soda to dosa batter consistency.

Step 3

Take lime water in a bowl and add a pinch of salt in it.

Step 4

Put the chilles in it for marination for 10 mins.

Step 5

Take them out and dip them in the besan batter.

Step 6

Deep fry in hot oil.

Step 7

:- Serve Mulaku Bajji hot with tomato sauce.

you can add a pinch of asafolitida(kayam) also to the batter.it will taste good.
