Step 1

For preparing murg - kesri kabab, mix together yogurt, salt, cheese, garam masala, chilly powder and saffron.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken pieces in the above mixture for 24 hours.

Step 3

Then put the chicken pieces on wooden skewers and barbeque until nearly cooked. Remove it.

Step 4

Brush it with the beaten egg yolks and return it on to the barbeque until cooked.

Step 5

Murg - kesri kebab¦s are ready. Serve it hot on a bead of freshly chopped onion and garnish with coriander leaves.
