Step 1

Clean the muringappoo well and leave it to drain.

Step 2

Mix together the muringappoo, the grated coconut, the chopped small onions, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds and sautT red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 5

Add the muringappoo mixture and mix well.

Step 6

Cover and cook on a low flame.

Step 7

When it gets cooked, remove the lid and continue cooking, till done.
