Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Saute mushroom, till water is drained.

Step 3

Add soy, ketchup and chilli sauce to it.

Step 4

Add salt and stir well.

Step 5

Add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum.

Step 6

Add pepper powder and mix well.

Step 7

Keep the flame on medium level,
till the above ingredients get sauted.

Step 8

:- Make sure the water from the mushroom is completely drained.

Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 10

:- Serve hot with ghee rice.

Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water. Take a tsp of ginger and garlic paste and add it to the paste. Dip the mushrooms in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside. Heat oil in another pan and add the left ginger.

very simple n good recipe...i made this once with some changes in it....i saute all onion,ginger-garlic paste,green chillies n capsicum in d beginnin n added pre-boiled mushrooms..then i add some vinegar n all d sauces... n it was excellent...

The recipe was good, except some small changes that i did. i preboiled the mushroom for some time with little salt. and then squeezed out the water before putting it in oil. Also added some green chillis.

How can you cook mushrooms until dry on medium flame? I never heard a chinese recipe using medium/low flame cooking. It should be on extreme hot flame.
