Step 1

For preparing mushroom cutlets, fry carrot and beans in oil.

Step 2

When its half fried add mushroom and drain the water.

Step 3

Add onion, ginger and green chilly to it and fry again.

Step 4

Mix this mushroom mixture with coriander leaves, pepper powder, potatoes, green peas and salt. Make small balls out of it and press it in desired shapes.

Step 5

Dip the cutlets in maida paste and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.

Step 6

Mushroom cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
