Directions

Step 1

Heat a pan, pour olive oil and mix together sliced onion, crushed garlic, red wine vinegar, oyster sauce, ground mustard, brown sugar and dried parsley.

Step 2

Bring the mixture to boil and add the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Serve the mushroom hot with shredded cheese on above.
