Step 1

For preparing mushroom paneer masala, marinate the mushrooms in salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Fry the paneer in oil well. Keep it aside.

Step 3

In the same oil, fry the mushrooms. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Grind cloves, cinnamon, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Keep it aside.

Step 5

Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds in the same oil. Add in the ground paste and chilly powder. and fry well.

Step 6

Add in the fried mushrooms and paneer. Mix well.

Step 7

Mushroom paneer masala is ready. Serve hot.
