For preparing mushroom with chicken, heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.
Add in the ginger and garlic. Saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
Toss in the tomato, potatoes, chicken and salt. Mix well.
Then add in the red chilly paste, vinegar and ajinomoto with required water. Mix well and allow it to cook.
Put in the mushrooms and allow it to cook with thyme.
In a bowl mix in maida with a little water and pour it into the chicken-mushroom mixture. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
Mushroom with chicken is ready. Serve hot.
