Mix eggs in a bowl and keep it for 30 mins.
Beat it well using a egg-beater to make it frothy.
Take the beaten froth and make toast them on a dosa tawa.
:- As it will be hard to take it using a spatula, use a knife to take it off the tawa.
Place one on a plate and sprinkle a little sugar over it.
Top it with another one and sprinkle sugar over it.
Repeat the procedure till all the dosas are finished.
Before serving, pour a little rose water over it.
