Directions

Step 1

For preparing mutta marachath, mix egg, sugar and cardamom powder in a mixer grinder and keep it aside.

Step 2

Fry cashew and raisins in ghee and add it to the egg mixture.

Step 3

Pour this mixture to a bottom thick vessel and cook it in low flame with closed lid.

Step 4

Remove from flame(when it¦s cooked well the mixture will not float when tilted).

Step 5

Unmould it to a flat plate and serve into cut pieces.
