Step 1

For preparing mutta palada, take a pan, heat ghee and sautT the chopped cashews till light brown.

Step 2

Add the grated coconut and sugar. Mix well and remove it from the flame.

Step 3

Toss in the dates and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep it aside.

Step 4

Mix maida, eggs, water and salt in a bowl to get a thin batter like for dosa.

5)Heat a frying pan and make dosa`s.

Step 5

Fry it on both the sides and keep it aside.

Step 6

Repeat the process with the leftover batter.

Step 7

Fill each dosa with a little coconut filling and roll it up.

Step 8

Mutta palada is ready. Serve with tea.
